Tell us your areas and services, upload your insurance. No sign-up fee, no monthly fee.

Owners book you

Owners in your areas see you in their dashboard and book a clean for their guests' checkout. You get a text and an email to accept.

Get paid

The owner pays through VanHols. After the clean, your price minus our small booking fee goes to your bank.

When are you usually available?

You'll get a diary to block off busy dates, just like owners do. Booked cleans close automatically.

No need to upload anything now. Jack will ask you to email a copy of your public liability insurance certificate.
Vetting & insurance check
Before you appear to owners we check your business details, public liability insurance (at least £1m) and photo ID, and ask for two references. Insurance is re-checked every year. Most checks finish within 2 working days.

Questions from cleaners

Is it really free to join?

Yes. There's no sign-up or monthly fee. We only take a small fee (currently 10%) from a clean that's booked and done through VanHols.

Can guests see my listing?

No. Once bookings open, cleaners will only be shown to caravan owners inside their VanHols account.

Do I have to accept every booking?

No. You get a text and an email for each request and can accept or decline. Keeping your diary up to date means you'll only be asked for days you're free.

How do I become Featured?

Featured can't be bought. It goes to the cleaners in each area with the best owner reviews and the most reliable record of accepting and completing cleans.
